Yoga classes

Join us for a 2 hour weekly community gathering around food preparation, recipe and playlist sharing, dancing, cleaning and socializing. All levels of participation are welcome and honored. Join with camera on/off, participate vocally in check-in, stay in the chat, or neither! Time will be allotted for sharing our progress throughout the session at regular intervals. No food to prep and just want a place to hang out? You are welcome here!

Meal Prep Party 🥗

For desk workers, gamers and other hobbyists who spend a bunch of time behind a computer screen, this class provides gentle movement focused on your eyes, shoulders, hips, and wrists. Fully seated and/or seated/standing hybrid options provided!

Yoga for Desk Warriors

Breathing is an excellent tool for cultivating present moment awareness, as well as calming your nervous system and relieving stress. Join me for a short, beginner-friendly breath work class and meditation designed for folks who don't usually sit still and breathe. Wiggling, stimming and all forms of movement are acceptable and encouraged throughout our practice. All levels of experience and participation are welcome!

Accessible Breath Work 🫁

A Calming 45 minute yoga practice ideal for winding down in the evening. Intended for bed but can be done on a mat too. Grab some blankets and pillows for extra coziness and support as we practice. Feel free to wear your pajamas and don’t be shy about drifting off to sleep during this session! We begin by centering ourselves, focusing on breathing naturally and slowly, and then progress to gentle movements. We then transition to longer holds in supportive postures such as twists and forward bends, using pillows and blankets to enhance comfort in each position. Finally, we conclude with a gratitude exercise and offer choices for a short meditation or relaxation session.As with all of my classes, all exercises are suggestions and totally optional.

Cozy Bed Yoga 🌙

Discover the perfect way to infuse your day with gentle movement and relaxation by joining this afternoon couch yoga class. Although I recommend sitting on a couch, you can participate from bed, or any seat that allows your feet to rest comfortably on the ground. We start this class with a gentle warm-up and body check-in. Depending on the participant's chosen options, it typically ranges between light to moderate physical activity. I occasionally offer opportunities for some physical exertion, but the focus of this class is primarily on exploring the sensations and experience of being in one's body rather than on working out. Finally, we conclude our class with a brief meditation or centering, with multiple participation options available.
