A monthly connection building, celebration and relaxation space for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Our time together starts with introductions, mood check ins, sharing and discussion. The yoga portion of our meeting places particular emphasis on trauma-informed techniques, invitational language, self acceptance and empowerment exercises.
This gentle movement and breathing lesson is mostly chair based, but provides options for those who prefer to practice on a mat. Towards the end of class I give options for several types of meditation and centering practices.
