Yoga classes

A Calming 45 minute yoga practice ideal for winding down in the evening. Intended for bed but can be done on a mat too. Grab some blankets and pillows for extra coziness and support as we practice. Feel free to wear your pajamas and don’t be shy about drifting off to sleep during this session! We begin by centering ourselves, focusing on breathing naturally and slowly, and then progress to gentle movements. We then transition to longer holds in supportive postures such as twists and forward bends, using pillows and blankets to enhance comfort in each position. Finally, we conclude with a gratitude exercise and offer choices for a short meditation or relaxation session.As with all of my classes, all exercises are suggestions and totally optional.

Join me for a 90 minute instructional craft-along class. This month, we're making some mini bunny figurines out of polymer clay.You will need the following supplies to craft along:<ul><li>Polymer clay - at least a couple colors</li><li>Aluminum foil</li><li>Clay tools - I prefer rubber tipped tools but anything is fine. Toothpicks are a good substitute.</li><li>An oven safe for baking</li><li>A safe surface for baking that will not make contact with food</li></ul>
